This page explains how to report an error on this site or ask for a listing to be corrected or removed, and what happens after a report is sent.
How to report an error or request removal
Send the page address, the fact that looks wrong, and, where possible, what it should say instead to hi@oilchangelocator.com. This includes a listing you believe should be removed entirely, for example because the shop has closed or the listing describes the wrong location.
What happens next
Every report is reviewed against the source it was built from. A confirmed error is corrected or the listing is removed, and the change carries its own updated verification date the same way every other fact on this site does. A report that turns out not to describe an error is closed with a reply explaining why.

This page states this site's own correction process. It is reviewed the same way every other page is: no claim here about a chain, price, or shop, only a description of what this site does when it receives a report.
